I'm actually quite surprised at the result - I pretty much gave myself this week off - I've done no exercise, we ate out one night and had takeaway another night, so I wasn't expecting a loss!
I'm also stoked because I've now reached my first "mini goal"! According to the BMI calculator I was using when I started the journey, that puts me back into the healthy range (just lol).
Now 2.5kg to go until my next mini goal. I want to have lost 5kg all together for Billy's b'day in August.

Fabulous. :) It may be that your metabolism is up. This used to happen to me when I lost a lot of weight. Some weeks I didn't work hard at it and lost weight anyway, and some weeks I worked very hard and lost nothing. Metabolism and normal fluctuations, I guess. :)
Keep up the great work. I'm sure you'll reach your goal. You're make small changes that will become permanent changes. Go Kerrie!!!
