Wednesday Weigh-In - Wk 12

Weight loss from last week: gained 0.5kg :(
Total weight loss overall: 2.5 kg
Total cms lost off waist: 7 cm

I put weight on :( It's not hard to see why - I didn't exercise all week (my "excuse" was the wet weather), and I had a few too many desserts and snacks through the week.

So I'm committing to exercising for 10 mins x 3 times per day to see how I go with that. Surely I can do that!

Hang in there Kerrie! I started a self-monitoring (read between the lines: free) diet program that allows me to track the calories I eat online. Am on day 3 now and boy has it been hard. But I'm feeling healthier. Maybe it's just psychological but hopefully this is something I'll stick to :) Good luck watching the scale!

But 2.5 overall is great!

I got on the scales for the first time in a month and realised I have gained 3kg!!! In only 4 weeks. Oops!

Tricia - you *have* had a bit on your mind for the last week or so though! I think you can be excused :)

You can do it! I always find it so hard to get back on track after a few days of free reign of the extra desserts. I do feel much better when I keep track of the calories and eat healthy though.
