Isn't it funny how songs can bring back so many emotions.. I'm sitting here with a huge smile on my face after just hearing "Living Doll" by Cliff Richard "accompanied" by the Young Ones for the first time in absolute years! (I'm listening to an 80s online radio station)
It's a very silly song but it really brings back memories of my teenage years.
Does anyone else remember the song or was a Young Ones fan?

Guess what song I won't be able to get out of my head for the rest of the day....LOL
How do I find this online radio station? We only get rubbish on the radio station we can get out here.
Loved the Young Ones and it made Cliff Richard seem so much cooler when he recorded that song again with the guys from the show. Thanks for bringing back a great memory!
Would love the details of the radio station too. Eighties is my favourite music
Cheers, Briget
gosh, that seems so long ago, but I do remeber the Young Ones!! LOL
I listen to 2 80s online radio stations that are pretty good.
This one - http://www.sky.fm/the80s/ - is American and gets a bit repetitive after a while but has good stuff. If I hear "One night in Bangkok" much more though I may scream :)
This one - http://www.all80sradio.com/ - is a UK one so gets some obscure European stuff that I've never heard of at times.
I tend to switch between the 2 when I get sick of one.
I'd love to find more though if anyone else has any they listen to!
I've never quite looked at lentils the same way and find it hard to say "vivian" with a straight face. Loved the show and loved the song - Sir Cliff is pretty cool.
:) My fav was the episode when Neil had a cold and Vivien was giving him acupuncture with nails to the head.
Boo was obsessed with that song when he was in prep. The teacher thought he was a star and they would sing it together at playtime :)
Loved that version of the song - which will stay in my head now.LOL!
Brings back some TV memories of the good old 80's ...
