A very brief summary as I've forgotten most of the details..
Friday - stayed home, no spend
Saturday - Steamfest $20 in entry fees & lunch (could have avoided buying lunch - but it smelt so good lol)
Sunday - We arrived home from Billy's cousin's b'day party about dinner time, and I did not feel like cooking. Could have been avoided but it was me or the money :) $20
Monday - $10 martial arts
Tuesday - $35.50 fruit, vege & eggs, $6 archery
Running total - Food - $215.29, extras (budgeted) - $202.95.
Still no payment from our client so have had to dip into savings... :(

Perhaps a hand-written invoice from Billy would jump start your client ... "Dear Sir, I'm hungry ..." just joking, mostly, I wouldn't use a child that way. I hope they pay you soon. Are you still enjoying the fruit & veg co-op?
:) Vanessa
lol, the invoice would need to go further up the chain unfortunately. Our client is waiting on a big payment from *his* client... He's had to go into his overdraft to pay his own bills, so I'm not blaming him. Just very thankful we have the emergency fund!!
Fruit & Veges are still going great. We have a bit of a glut atm though because we've been busy and haven't been home to use it up.
The joys of working for yourself I suppose..... hope you get paid soon.
:-)
Hmmm, Anthony is dealing with the same kind of issues at work so I appreciate your frustration,
I thought about trekking to steamfest, but y'know 3 kids and the distance was a little off putting ;)
lol - I'd put Steamfest off for a few years - it'd be a challenge with littlies.. I live 10-15 mins away and its the first time I've ever been!
$10 for martial arts? That sounds very reasonable! I'm embarrassed now to say how much I pay for classes my children take. I'm hoping we can drop either Tae Kwon Do and Ballet next semester, if not both. I would love to have money for other things. :o)
I hope your client pays you soon!
Peace and Laughter,
Cristina
That's $10 / session Cristina - if that makes you feel any better :)
