Do you want to hear my excuses this week??! lol

Monday - rest day
Tuesday - 10 min walk (it was 38 deg C!)
Wednesday - '10 years thinner' exercises
Thursday -
Friday -
Saturday -
Sunday -


I exercised twice so it's NOT a failure! Just not as good as I'd wanted.

All I know is, when I saw the women from "American Gladiators", I thought, "CRAP! I've got to work harder!" LOL

I'm trying to find inspiration, not excuses. But excuses are so much easier... Heh.
