Wednesday Weigh-In - Wk 27

Weight loss from last week: 0 kg
Total weight loss overall: 5 kg - Goal loss - 7kg
Total cms lost off waist: 10 cm

Very frustrating - I've got to break past this plateau.. I need to get the motivation to kick up the exercise and watch what I'm eating more closely.

Anyone got any motivation to spare???!

Do you have any "before" pictures of yourself or "before" jeans that are too big now? Maybe just looking at those would help...

I'm having trouble just staying awake today, let alone doing any exercise! But here's a thought ...

I find at this time of year, just trying on a swimsuit is enough to motivate some serious action or restraint. Also, there's a lot of yummy fruit in stores now, to use as rewards.

(FYI, I wear board shorts and tank tops ... not too much pressure to be perfect and easier to have fun in)

How about trying a new exercise? Change it up just a little bit.
