Are you on Facebook?

I initially joined Facebook because a couple of friends from online groups had drifted away from the group and were using it pretty exclusively. I wanted to keep in touch with what they were doing so I joined too.

I added a few friends that I knew and checked it sporadically. Now several groups that I'm on have moved across to it or use it in addition to their other forum. So I check it most days, leave a comment or two if I feel like it and keep in touch that way.

Do you facebook? (Is it actually a verb??!) If you do, and you'd like to be friends ('do you want to play with me?' lol), I'm Kez Ptol on there. Let me know who you are when you add me. A word of warning though - if you send me any hugs, gifts, flowers, animals or request that I join groups or participate in silly status updates etc, don't be offended when I don't play along :)

I'm on facebook, but I don't ever get on it anymore, if that makes sense LOL.

It was just taking up too much of my time and I prefer to blog......have fun though. :)

No facebook, no Twitter, no iPod, no iPhone (and I guess no iPad too though the latter is something I really won't mind receiving for Christmas LOL). Not so much by choice but just that I don't think I'll ever have the time to juggle all my blogs and chores and still stay sane. Happy facebook-ing! :) I think it's probably already a verb or will be one pretty soon!

I attempt to facebook dear but it turns out im not very good at it! Lots of my online friends have moved over there and it seems the silly games have taken over their lives. LOL. I prefer to blog when I get the time but do check in there occasionally!

Karisma Fine (If you want to add me!)

Don't be upset if you're not on it! I'm afraid I don't get into it like most people - I am staying well away from any games. I can waste enough time on the computer without that!!

Nup, I'm glad to stick with email and blogs. I find them more personal :)

I joined Facebook for a week or so last year, but decided it was going to be too superficial, fake or stressful. That's just my take on it.

If I did it I'd be like you, no games, but then I'd be worried about offending people. Too schoolyardish. And if I had to reply "no I don't want to be your friend" ... I'd have my reasons, but don't want to put myself in that situation.

That thing called 'time'. Yeah, that too!

Hi Kez, I am on facebook and I found myself on there way too much, so have cut my time down now.

I started playing farmville, but it meant I had to keep going on there and wasting precious time. I haven't been blogging much lately either for the same reason.

Facebook is very addictive, my hubby can't live without it...lol.

I will look for your name and add you as a friend. There won't be much activity from me though at the moment.

Marissa - I've been trying to add you but I think the Facebook search must be broken. It's not finding anything..

I agree about the games on Facebook, I even recently joined a group that states how annoying they are - lol.

See you on facebook - but definitely not on the games!
